HR DEPARTMENT UPDATE

With our current HR spot vacant, we wanted to share an HR update with information on whom you should go to in the meantime if you need help with something HR-related. We also wanted to review the tools available to you. Please take a minute to read about each benefit below and ensure you have access.

BAMBOOHR

BambooHR is our one-stop HR tool that puts tools like unlimited PTO, benefits, employee contact information, and more from the office to the job site.

Important Note: Superintendents especially, please make sure you are tracking all your time off, working remotely, etc., including any volunteer work. 

eACCESS by Foundation

With eAccess, you have your payroll data at your fingertips, pulled right from FOUNDATION software and available anytime! You can securely access check stub information online, eliminating paper stubs.

If you do not have access, please contact courtney@reedergeneral.com to reset your password. The email will be directed to your personal email address and include your username (FIRST.LAST1) so you can retain access to your stubs.

FRESHBENIES

freshbenies includes free services such as advocacy, and telehealth, behavioral telehealth, and more with convenient, virtual access to care and support that saves hard cash and confusion.

Important Note: REEDER will add you when you begin employment, but it is up to the employee to add a spouse, dependents, and others in your household to use this service. Instructions to login to freshbenies are located in the REEDER Benefit Booklet starting on page 7. 

BENEFITS IN HAND

BenefitsInHand is an employee benefits enrollment and communications system. BenefitsInHand provides 24/7 access to your employee benefits information.

Use this site to access benefit plan information, update your personal information, report life events - such as the birth of a child, and make your benefit election changes during Open Enrollment (or if you experience a qualifying event).

Important Note: Instructions to log in to Benefits in Hand are located in the REEDER Benefit Booklet on page 19.
