Equal Pay Today 2022 Collaboration
To Close The Gender Wage Gap

Equal Pay Today

The Equal Pay Today Campaign is an innovative collaboration of national and state-based legal advocacy, worker justice organizations, and social justice organizations, that fight to close the gender wage gap that persists in nearly every industry and profession across the country.

March is the 2022 start of the campaign for equal pay for all groups. There are 7 Equal Pay Days throughout the year to designate the date that each community must work to earn what the average man earns: Equal Pay Day, AANHPI, LGBTQIA+, Moms, Black Women, Native Women, Latina Women.

The groups collaborate to eradicate the long-standing gender wage gap impacting the economic security of women, families, and communities of color.

The average woman must work far into the next year to earn what the average man earns in the previous year. Find out how long your group must work this year to earn the average pay of last year, and what you can do to help eradicate the wage gap.
