Take a peek at our newly built "Equicizer Equestrian Exercises" page! For those of you Equicizer owners who have inquired in the past about a list of exercises that can be done on the Equicizer and for you new owners who are just getting your horses and riding into a routine, we now have a page you can use for reference when riding your Equicizer!

Equestrian Biomechanics & Fitness Expert, and new Equicizer Expert, Heather Sansom, has created 30 exercises for people to use that are specifically designed for the Equicizer. Check out these home exercises Heather has created, along with their detailed descriptions and pictures demonstrating each exercise. No matter how you ride your Equicizer, you are sure to find some cool tips and ideas for exercising with your Equicizer on our new Equicizer Equestrian Page!

Derby Time

With the 2014 Kentucky Derby coming up on Saturday and Triple Crown season upon us, we thought it would it would be fitting to share this photo of Hall of Fame Jockey's Mike Smith (Left) prior to the 2013 Derby and Gary Stevens (Right) prior to the 2013 Preakness Stakes, warming up aboard Equicizers.

Welcoming New Equicizer Experts

We would like to welcome to the Equicizer team, four new Equicizer Experts!

In our English experts section we have been joined by Dr. Maria Katsamanis - a horse trainer, clinician and psychologist - who uses her Equicizer in her annual clinics.

Brent Applegate has joined our Therapeutic experts as a physical therapist who uses his Equicizer in his hippotherapy program "My Heroes, LLC."

Heather Sansom kicks off our "Exercise & Fitness" experts section and among other things, Heather is an Equine Canada Competition Coach and a Certified Level 1 Centered Riding Instructor.

Lastly, we would like to welcome Kathy Culler, a Certified Level II Centered Riding� Instructor among other things, to our new "Centered Riding Instructors" experts section. Kathy recently purchased an Equicizer to use with her students and wrote an amazing article detailing her first ride. Read it here!

Our Featured Equicizer Expert - Steve Lantvit!

This month's featured instructor is Steve Lantvit. Steve is a full-time Equine professional trainer and award-winning instructor whose goal is to contribute to the betterment of the relationships between man/woman and horse. With a wide array of experiences across both disciplines, his focus on training is that of all around horsemanship and the creation of the versatile horse.
