Equipping and Increasing in the Persecuted Region of Haryana

Greetings Ministry Partners,

Praise the Lord! I thank God for the ministry He allowed us to do during June. On June 2, I traveled to Delhi and then to Safidon, Haryana. While there, I started a new class in Jind with 16 students.

We also held a graduation in Sirsa. The graduates were grateful and filled with joy to have completed the CCI course. Some expressed a desire to begin classes of their own. Pastor Vinod and Pastor Anil, who faithfully taught this class for nearly two years, led the graduation. I praise God that I could be part of this special occasion. I shared the final challenge, encouraging the graduates to serve the Lord faithfully and begin new classes in their communities.

There is a great need to equip and train pastors throughout Haryana, a state with a very small Christian population. Many believers are persecuted for their faith, and those who accept Christ often face opposition from society, the government, and even their own Hindu family members. Because of this persecution, many believers gather in house churches.

God's Financial Principles Seminar

The National Director led a one-day seminar on God's Financial Principles with 40 participants. The seminar was well received, with attendees especially impacted by the biblical teaching on debt, giving, and saving. Many participants committed to avoiding unnecessary debt and applying God's financial principles in their personal lives, families, and churches.

We praise God that the seminar encouraged church members to view their finances through the lens of Scripture and faithfully apply these biblical principles in their daily lives. We pray these lessons will continue to strengthen believers, their families, and their churches.

A New Area Coordinator in Haryana

Brother Vinod has been appointed as the new Area Coordinator for Haryana, where he now leads seven teachers. Six graduates have already started classes throughout the region. Teacher Anil, whom Brother Vinod trained, has also begun a new class in Rewari.

Testimony of a Graduate

"Thank God for giving me this opportunity to share my testimony. Last year, God blessed me with the opportunity to participate in the CCI training in my area. I spent almost a year and a half studying God's Word in great depth, and the most profound truths I have ever learned came through this training.

I graduated on June 4 and then decided to share this training with the people in my church. This July, seven people are beginning CCI training under my leadership. I praise God for how far the Lord has brought me. There was a time when I could not understand the Word, but today, God has established me as a teacher. All of this was possible through the tireless efforts of our faithful teachers. I sincerely thank CCI for this wonderful training. Glory to God!"

Nepal

Testimony from a Graduate

"I have been serving Christ as an elder in my church for almost seven years. It has been one of the greatest joys and most fulfilling callings in my life.

I always had a strong desire to receive formal Bible training, but I never had the opportunity. One of the biggest challenges was the location and the time required. Leaving my family, church, and ministry to attend training was not possible. CCI Nepal brought that opportunity to my own community, and I am very thankful. Because the training was held at our church, we did not have to leave our families, ministry, or work. We were also able to immediately apply what we learned in our homes and at church.

I have also been deeply encouraged by the CCI staff and their approach to discipleship. They are committed to each participant and give us enough time to practice what we learn before moving on. This has been a very effective way to learn.

One course that had a significant impact on me was Book 7, Ministry & Administration. It addressed an area our church greatly needed. The principles we learned have helped us become more organized and systematic in our ministry. Thank you, CCI, for your faithful commitment to equipping pastors and church leaders throughout Nepal."

Pakistan

Expanding Biblical Training

By God's grace, CCI Pakistan continued to grow in June with the launch of five new classes in northeastern Pakistan. Forty-three students have begun biblical training under the leadership of dedicated local teachers, creating new opportunities to equip pastors and church leaders with God's Word. We also thank God for providing a new motorbike, which is helping to expand the ministry's reach and making it easier to serve churches in new areas.
