As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the leadership development of the nonprofit sector, and due to the feedback we received on the impact of The Equity Journey, we are continuing our partnership with the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance to bring you an encore offering of The Equity Journey 2.0: Equity and Nonprofit Organization Success

The Equity Journey 2.0 focuses on organizational competencies and developing the skills and understanding necessary for leaders to cultivate equitable and diverse organizational cultures.
BEGINS September 1!!

This self-paced, intensive course will build the cultural competency of professional and organizational leaders, enabling them to successfully nurture and navigate diverse and equitable settings.
It is a meaningful and affordable opportunity to share with your staff board members and colleagues as it will provide a foundation for further work in creating and sustaining an organizational culture which honors and advances equity for all.

“I have broadened my view, challenged my upbringing and recognized how I have benefited from white privilege. . . I feel I am a better person, and better equipped to stand up for diversity, equity and inclusion not just in my work life, but in my personal life as well.”
Participant, MAAC Project
These (Pit Stop) discussions were very helpful to bring to life the themes and concepts we were studying each month. It was useful to hear how others working in nonprofits are working to apply these principals in their own lives and organizations.
