Erev Rosh Hashanah Service & Festive Honey-Tasting Oneg! Join us at TBC this Sunday for the start of the New Year 5783! The service begins at 7:30 pm and is followed by a sweet, festive Honey-Tasting Oneg. Rosh Hashanah is a time of prayer, self-reflection, and t'shuvah. We review our actions during the past year, and we look for ways to improve ourselves, our communities, and our world in the year to come. At TBC we are excited to be initiating our new "Year of Healing and Repair - A Time for Action." SPECIAL INTERNATIONAL HONEY-TASTING ONEG! To help kick off a Sweet New Year, please join the TBC community on site for a special festive Honey-Tasting Oneg immediately following Erev Rosh Hashanah services. We'll have challah, apples, and ~40 different honeys from 15 countries, and at least that many types of blossoms (along with dippers, skewers and food safety gloves...). Be amazed and delighted by the range of colors, textures and tastes of honeys produced by bees around the world! Turns out Queen Bees hold the food chain together; and what we taste truly depends on where they pollinate. Join the (slightly sticky) fun!

MICHAEL HEFT FOOD DRIVE & MIRIAM MESSE DIAPER COLLECTION A reminder that It is time once again for TBC's food and diaper drive to help local food banks. The lists of items that are needed will be distributed at Rosh Hashanah services and is also available online here. Items collected will be delivered to the Wilton Food Pantry, the Women’s Center of Greater Danbury, and the Community Action Agency of Western Connecticut. The Redding Food Pantry is asking for gift cards this year to better focus on their clients' specific needs. More information....
