It is with great excitement that I announce the promotion of Jillian Young as your Premiere Plus Realty President. In addition to this, I will be transitioning from CEO into an exclusive ownership role.

This handoff of leadership has been over two years in the making. She was pivotal to our success through the pandemic, leading necessary enhancements to our operations and ensuring your real estate business was well supported. She knows that when the brokerage thrives in serving you, your business has unlimited growth potential. She also knows that it is because of your hard work that the brokerage exists at all, and even more so, has become a national leader in the industry.

Jillian shares my and my father/founder David Gallus's hearts for putting the agents' needs first and honoring God as the foundation for all decisions. She has put in place the core values of being humble, hungry, and smart; as well as solidifying our core business practices of having low fees/100% commission, training and resources, fast broker support, and a servant leadership culture.

You'll be hearing from Jillian soon regarding the brokerage's plans for 2023 and beyond. We are walking into an uncertain market, but I am fully confident that her vision for serving your business will lead us through the dip. In fact, her leadership capabilities have been recognized by RISMedia, a national estate publisher, and earned a Newsmaker Award for her work at PPR. She will be a featured speaker at their January 5th conference, which allows you to get a complimentary ticket! She is also a voice for current market conditions as an invite-only member of the NABOR Media Relations Committee.

You might be wondering what I'll be doing with all of this free time. I will be fully committed to advising the leadership team, leading philanthropy efforts with PPR Cares, and growing our family of related services and partnerships. And what about David Gallus? My father remains a vital part of your broker support team.

Being at the helm of Premiere Plus Realty has been both a privilege and great responsibility. I have been honored year after year to work with so many talented individuals. Where the seeds have been planted, they now are bearing fruit. These are rewards of endless hours of strategy and planning by many.

I am beyond excited and grateful to have such an extremely gifted and talented person to support and lead this company. I confidently place you in the care of Jillian's capable hands.
