With the closing of the Municipal Elections 2022, the Town of Erin welcomes Mayor-elect Michael Dehn and Councillors-elect Cathy Aylard, John Brennan, Jamie Cheyne and Bridget Ryan for the Term of 2022-2026.

Winter Fest


Town of Erin's first ever Winter Fest takes place in McMillan Park in downtown Erin. Spread over three days with different themes, its the place to be. Mark your calendars:


  • November 18 -Tree Lighting and Window Wonderland
  • December 2 - Family Favourites
  • December 16 - Après Village


Road closure in place for Nov 18 (only) starting 4 pm. Follow us on social media to get maps and detour information.

Public Notice:

Sewage pumping station construction


Construction of the sewage pumping station at Lions Park will be underway shortly. Traffic on Water St., Hillview Ave. and Lion’s Park Ave. may be temporarily closed or reduced to one lane during the construction period. Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times.

Final instalment on property tax

Deadline for the final instalment of your property tax is due November 30.


Did you know there are a number of options available to pay your property taxes?


  1. Cheque – mailed or in secure drop box at front door of office
  2. Bank - at the bank teller
  3. Online – through your online banking
  4. Etransfer- send etransfer to epayments@erin.ca (no password required)
  5. Credit Card – over the phone (2% fee if over $200.00)
  6. Pre-authorized payment plans (monthly or on installment due date)


Sign up now for 2023 Monthly Pre-Authorized Payment Plan (2022 PAP plan members will automatically continue for 2023). First withdrawal January 6, 2023. Click button below to access the form.
