Dear Business Partner:

The 15th Annual Community in Unity celebration will be just around the corner before we know it. It will be taking place on Thursday, December 4th, 2025, and we would like to invite you to participate.

The event is held at the Escondido City Hall Rotunda and Fountain area from 5:31 pm to 8:00pm, with local restaurants, wineries and craft breweries showcasing items from their menus. Entertainment from local school and church choirs representing Escondido will provide a truly festive atmosphere for all to enjoy. Guests are encouraged to bring unwrapped toys for P.A.L. and new pajamas (ages newborn to teenager) for Solutions For Change.

You will be able to showcase your business and offer a sample of your favorite foods or spirits. Setup will begin at 4:00 pm with the drop off area in the circle drive in front of the Rotunda. We will have volunteers to assist you to your designated table. The Chamber will provide each business with one 8-foot table and a chair. You are responsible for your own table coverings, decorations and serving pieces to present your food and/or beverages. We are expecting attendance to be between 100-150 people. A more accurate count will be available one week prior, so you can plan accordingly.

We hope you will join us for this wonderful and highly attended community Holiday event. Please return the attached agreement before Monday, November 5th so that we can reserve your table and include you in the event promotions.
