February is American Heart Month

According to the American Heart Association, heart disease remains one of the leading causes of death, but small lifestyle changes can make a big impact. This month, prioritize heart-healthy habits like eating well, staying active, managing stress, and regular check-ups. Your heart deserves some extra love!
