What is the Essential Teaching Workshop and how is it helpful
on my ongoing journey with Christian Meditation?
The ETW (Essential Teaching Workshop) is a residential weekend for meditators who want to deepen their experience of Christian meditation and explore how they may be called to share the gift.
The weekend is very participative, drawing on our own experience as well as the
teachings of John Main, Laurence Freeman and other contemplative teachers. It will
focus on the practice of meditation, the rich tradition we are part of, and the spiritual journey it fosters.
About the Ruah Center
The Ruah Center is located within Villa de Matel, the motherhouse of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, just a few miles from downtown Houston. Walking the grounds and sitting in nature bring a sense of quiet to our otherwise overly busy lives. Your accommodations include private room with shared bathrooms down the hall.
Your registration of $200 includes workshop, lodging, meals and
materials for the 3-day event.
