The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce is teaming up with the Saranac Lake Area Chamber of Commerce for a question-and-answer webinar with the SBA's Deputy District Director, Dan Rickman and the SBA's Upstate New York Branch Manager, Jeff Boyce.

Eligible applicants may qualify for grants equal to 45% of their gross earned revenue, with the maximum amount available for a single grant award of $10 million. $2 billion is reserved for eligible applications with up to 50 full-time employees.
The State Department of Taxation and Finance says the state will not treat Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans as income as long as borrowers complied with PPP regulations — namely they didn’t lay off employees or they brought back furloughed employees.
Seeking applications from nonprofit organizations, schools, and municipalities located in or serving Clinton, Franklin, Essex, and Hamilton counties as well as the parts of St. Lawrence, Warren, Herkimer, and Washington counties that are mindful of underserved populations, help address racial, economic or other disparities, and demonstrate collaboration and community buy-in in one or more of the following areas:
Basic Needs - providing basic needs for people such as food and housing, creating age-friendly communities, enhancing home and community-based services from early childhood development to elder care
Educational Pathways - promoting literacy, improving school-readiness for young children, strengthening post- secondary pathways and support networks for education and employment
Economic + Community Vitality-supporting local workforce initiatives to train workers and fill jobs, improving access to child care and other support services for working families, overcoming economic or racial inequities, bolstering civic engagement, addressing common community needs.
