As we face the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are all coping with things that are out of our control. We want you to know that we are still fully operational and that we are here to help you with any legal concerns you may have. I wanted to provide you an update for estate planning - The State of Colorado recently enacted emergency rules to allow for the remote signing of estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. These emergency rules allow for the execution of documents by the use of real-time audio-video technology, such as Zoom or FaceTime. These new emergency rules enable us
to continue to provide our clients with peace of mind regarding their estate plans.
We are committed to providing you with the highest level of quality service while at the same time maintaining your safety and well-being. Please do not hesitate to contact me via email or telephone if we can help with any legal questions you may have at this time.
