ESTATE PLANNING WORKSHOP


Last chance to sign up to attend this information packed workshop! Mark your calendar and plan on joining us for a very informative workshop on Estate Planning! There is no better time than the present to cross your "i"s and dot your "t"s. The workshop will be on Thursday, April 11 from 9:30 to 11am at 1551 Nursery Way in McKinleyville.

Local attorney Angela Petrusha will demystify the estate planning process, reveal the 5 essential elements of a complete estate plan, and explain how these elements can be applied to your unique circumstances. Topics will include Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, Guardianship of Minor Children, and more. Come learn what a completed estate plan looks like and why it can give you incredible peace of mind!

This workshop is free for McKinleyville Chamber members and $10 for non-members. Coffee, water and morning pastries will be served. Click HERE to register to attend.

PONY EXPRESS


It is hard to believe that it is already time to be thinking Pony Express, but it will be here before you know it!

Wednesday, May 29 will be the Fireman's Mini-Muster at Pierson Park. Thursday, May 30 will be the Chili Cook-off in the McKinleyville Shopping Center. The dance will be up on the hill at Six Rivers Brewery on Friday, May 31 and the pancake breakfast, parade, horseshoe tournament and festival will be on Saturday, June 1.
