Dear brothers and sisters in our Lord Jesus, part of the growing repentance remnant, cleansing as His Bride, getting ready for His soon return as our Bridegroom-----
Along with many here in the USA I watched the debate on Fox TV this week among the Republican challengers. At the same time former President Trump was being interviewed by Tucker Carlson by a reported 70 million on Twitter/X. Many are looking at leadership in this nation.
Several days earlier the Lord woke me up and I think this is what I received; which is a confirmation of the point of my book: " Don't get so caught up in the political drama that you get sucked into the eternal trauma."
The eternal trauma was set forth by Jesus Himself: repent or perish. Luke 13: 1-5.
Or another way of saying this is "if you have a really bad toothache it's not enough to get only your teeth cleansed by the hygienist."
During the debate the Lord was mentioned a few times but, unlike earlier Presidents like Eisenhower and Reagan, and Lincoln and Adams, it was not seen that we are in a spiritual battle that requires a spiritual solution.
The person who has the insight and courage to say that in the Republican primaries will get my vote. That person will follow those who stood for their nations, allowing Almighty God to use them to alter the course of a nation. (Hebrews 11, Ecclesiates 9:15)
President Eisenhower had this vital insight, written about on page 80 of the "Nation Imploding:God's Solution, book:
Perhaps his Christian character and insight was best displayed in this clear statement as he hailed the vote including "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance: "In this way we are reaffirming the transcendence of religious faith in American's heritage and future; in this way we shall constantly strengthen those spiritual weapons which forever will be our country's most powerful resource in peace and war."
Spiritual weapons are our country's most powerful resource. God's gift of Repentance brings a person into His Kingdom and then is a powerful process to cleanse to be more and more like Him. The Risen Christ is coming soon as a Bridegroom. Will be ready as His Bride? Will we repent together in a show of unity in a National Day of Repentance?
Our country can begin to heal when that repentance Truth is shared by the millions on this nation who call Him Lord.
