The New Connecticut Uniform LLC Act

Ethics in Practice Workshop
Wednesday, January 25
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
CBA Law Center, New Britain

About the Program
Sometimes well-intentioned people get into unintentional trouble. This workshop-style seminar will address some of the top ethical concerns facing attorneys today: managing IOLTA accounts, online activities that risk conflicting with UPL rules, and social media use. Attend this program to learn how to avoid ethical violations in contemporary practice.

After brief presentations on each of these three issues, a fact-pattern will be presented and attendees will participate in a facilitated small group discussion. The groups will then reconvene to debrief and learn.
