Eureka! A Time Management Strategy
The funny thing about coaching is that, when you’re truly inquisitive, you unearth things that are amazing. This leads me to recall one of my clients I'll call Angela, a mental health professional, who wanted coaching on time management, specifically on how to stop being late.
I began by using the inquisitive coaching process, that is, asking questions to get to the root cause. It became clear through my questioning that Angela was about 10 minutes late 95% of the time. She wanted a “plug-and-play” strategy, because she assumed that there was a system or a calendar or an alarm already out there that I could share with her for quick results. But I am not that kind of coach.
If you can relate to Angela's experience, ask yourself this: Have you ever truly questioned why you are always late? Check out my blog post, "Eureka! A Time management Strategy," to see how we excavated her Aha! It might help you better understand your own underlying time management system.

Outrageous Homework Advice for Kids with ADHD
This schoolwork strategy breaks away from the usual advice you often hear for kids, and it’s all about being flexible—especially for kids who don’t thrive in strict routines. Experts usually say, “Keep it consistent—same time, same place.” But that doesn’t always work for kids who are wired differently, like those with ADHD. Instead, giving them options for where and when they do schoolwork can make a huge difference.
Kids get bored easily, and sitting in one spot every day can feel like a drag. By mixing things up, like letting them choose between working at the kitchen table or even outside, you can keep them more engaged. Whether you love structure or prefer a laid-back approach, it’s about finding what works best for your child. Let them have some freedom to decide—just make sure the work still gets done! This flexibility can really help everyone stay on track without the usual stress.
