Dr. Lohbeck Privathotels acquires the former TUI BLUE Fleesensee in Germany from Lloyd Fonds
German group Dr. Lohbeck Privathotels has acquired the four-star, 156-room former TUI BLUE Fleesensee from German investment firm Lloyd Fonds, for an undisclosed sum. The hotel has been rebranded as the Seehotel Fleesensee and is located in the Mecklenburg Lake District, in Northern Germany, some 160 kms north of Berlin. The wellness resort is Dr. Lohbeck’s third hotel in the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania area, and includes private access to Lake Fleesensee, suite rooms, a private bathing island, culinary offerings and a 1,000 sqm wellness area. Dr. Lohbeck Privathotels’ portfolio now includes 29 hotels and resorts (approximately 4,400 beds) in the four and five-star category across Germany, Austria and the USA.
