Old Bill Says: |

While repairing minor damage to the roof may cost as little as $200, a complete re-roof will usually cost no less than $4,000 and can cost much more, depending on the house. Getting repairs done sooner rather than later is thus always a good idea, as what starts out as minor roof sagging or a shingling issue, given adverse weather conditions, can quickly become a major structural concern leading to significant water damage and unsafe living conditions.
