December, a time to remember

This month Evans Roofing Hosted a Holiday party to acknowledge our friends and family. It was a time to celebrate all of our hard work, and appreciation for such an amazing team.

We look forward to our future endeavors in the New Year, and we wish nothing but happiness and joy to our customers, colleagues, family, and friends!

Job of the month

Bahamas Abaco Islands, The Bahamas- Hurricane Dorian Relief

This month President Thierry and his son Vincent traveled to the Bahamas to give back and provide charity work by helping to re-roof a home that was destroyed by Hurricane Dorian a few months back.

As you can see the islands were left devastated and many families still suffer from lack of food, shelter, and basic necessities.

If there is anyway that you can give back to the Bahamas, we at Evans Roofing strongly encourage you too. A little can go a long way, especially at this time of year during the holiday seasons. Find it in your heart to donate. Thanks in advance!

David Beckham stops by to visit Lockhart stadium

Seen aside is Evans Roofing customer and Fort Lauderdale District 1 Commissioner Heather Moraitis with David Beckham at Lockhart stadium. Evans Roofing is a strong supporter of growing the surrounding area and providing opportunities within the local community. Having such a venue in the local area will bring business, careers, entertainment, and a positive communal comradery to the area. Inter Miami CF will use the new Lockhart Stadium site to serve as the club's training ground for its first team, youth academy, and future United Soccer League (USL) team. The development would also include an 18,000-seat stadium, which will house the USL team as well as the first team for the first two seasons while the Miami Freedom Park stadium is under construction.

St. Stephen's Cathedral, Vienna

St. Stephen's Cathedral (more commonly known by its German title: Stephansdom) is the mother church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Vienna. The most important religious building in Vienna, St. Stephen's Cathedral has borne witness to many important events in Habsburg and Austrian history and has, with its multi-colored tile roof, become one of the city's most recognizable symbols. The glory of St. Stephen's Cathedral is its ornately patterned, richly colored roof, 111 meters (364 ft) long, and covered by 230,000 glazed tiles. On the south side of the building the tiles form a mosaic of the double-headed eagle that is symbolic of the empire ruled from Vienna by the Hadsburg dynasty. On the north side the coats of arms of the City of Vienna and of the Republic of Austria are depicted.
