Get ready for the Rainy Season! The rainy season is coming! That means roof maintenance is imperative. Here are a few tips to prepare yourself and your roof: 1. Get your Gutter cleaned Remove leaves and other build-up with a hose or by hand. Gutter blockage causes water to back up under the shingles. 2. Check your leaks and get them fixed If you have any leaks, even small, get them fixed as soon as possible. Leaks get much bigger during heavy rain. 3. Inspect your attic Check for rot or water spots. Many times, the roof isnt the problem, its the attic. Problems can come from improper ventilation, condensation, air conditioning and more.
