Weather Mayhem |
_ |
As South Florida experiences such rain that seems endless we also experience back to back tornados. So far in 2016, the strong El NiƱo pattern has contributed to a very active severe weather season, with a total of 6 tornadoes and at least three of them EF-1. These include the Pompano Beach (EF-1), with winds of about 90 mph and northeast Miami-Dade County (EF-1) tornadoes. Confirmed tornadoes so far in 2016 have occurred in Moore Haven, Davie and southern metro Palm Beach County. |

Improve the warranty length of your roof A real solution to improving the warranty length on every roof is to add another layer of underlayment for example, on a Tile roof replacing the standard 90lb felt by a modified bitumen cap sheet will give you another 10 years of roof lifetime. .
