This delicate, professionally framed work of art is 4 1/2in. by 3in. etched, handprinted, and painted by the artist. (12 x 14 framed) Joel and his wife, Wendy chose to donate "Desert Rose" because Maysa's middle name is "Rose". They have known Maysa all of her life and this etching made them think of her. Note the loving, personal sentiment on the back with a drawing of a rose bud.

That famous bracelet worn by Robert Redford in the "Horse Whisperer"!

The Back Story: As filming began for "The Horse Whisperer" Robert Redford noticed that Buck Brannaman wore a beautiful silver twisted rope bracelet and asked how he might get one for himself. Buck gifted Redford with one of the bracelets made by family friend and sister to our own Sara Hagel, Vandy Douglas. Redford, as Tom Booker, wore it in the film. The bracelets were a favorite item in Sundance Catalog.

Only a very few remain.

Vandy Douglas and her Husband, Luke Harris made and donated both bracelets. Buck and Mary Brannaman donated the 14 x 20 "Horse Whisperer" movie posters signed by Buck!

Linda Hayden is famous for her spectacular one-of-a-kind saddle blankets. She uses the finest wool from rare Navajo Churro sheep, then spins the fiber herself with an extra twist for added strength. Both the warp and weft are made of this same wool, thus providing extra long wear and unparalleled comfort for your horse. The wool is dyed using natural plants she harvests herself.

It takes Linda nearly 100 hours to weave and finish each saddle blanket and buyers often wait up to 2 years to receive a special order.

If you are the highest bidder on this extraordinary saddle blanket, you and your horse can be enjoying it by mid July!
