Carnival De Lynx Tabling
My name is Minaham Solomon, and I am the Events & Planning Director for Student Government Association. I am reaching out to you to invite your student organization to table and/or provide a carnival-based activity at the SGA Carnival De Lynx (CDL). This CU Denver event provides an opportunity for the students to engage in different carnival-based activities and games and has room for up to 35 student organizations to participate this spring. This year’s CDL will be held on Wednesday April 26, 2023, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm in the CU Denver Wellness Center Lawn.
To give the students a chance to have fun and blow off some steam before finals week, we strongly encourage your club or group to organize a fun game or activity. In order to raise the level of excitement during the event, we would also appreciate any prizes you are able to provide. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
If you would like to participate in the event, please email minaham.solomon@ucdenver.edu by Friday, April 14, 2023 with the following information:
· Student Organization Name
· Officer contact: Name, Phone Number, Email
· Indicate if you would like to 1) Table, 2) Provide an activity/game, or 3) Both.
· Describe what you will provide for 1, 2 or 3 as noted above.
· Optional: Let us know if your club/organization has a song(s) request for the DJ.
