A few details to keep in mind:

🕕 Check in begins at 1pm at the Camellia House (see map below)

The Camellia House will only be open until 1:30pm. Please arrive at 1pm sharp at the Camellia House to enjoy the full private half-hour self-guided stroll.


Event Schedule

1-1:30pm: Self-guided exploration of the Camellia House

At approximately 1:30pm, guests will be guided to the Main House and the Camellia House will be closed.

1:30-1:45pm: Enjoy a signature tea-based beverage in the Main House.

1:45-3pm: Presentation from Vincent Simeone, followed by Q & A.


Signature Drink of the Afternoon: The Camellia Spritz

Chilled green tea and elderflower unfold in soft floral notes, kissed with citrus and crowned with effervescence. Light, graceful, and quietly enchanting, whether enjoyed as a spirited toast or a sparkling mocktail. White wine and water will also be available.

 

Parking and Directions:  

Upon arrival, please park in the Main Parking Lot and then proceed to walk to the Camellia House.  

 

By Car: Long Island Expressway to Exit 41 North or Northern State Parkway to Exit 35 North. Proceed north on Route 106 towards Oyster Bay. Turn left onto 25A Northern Boulevard. Take the first right onto Mill River Road. Follow green and white signs to the Arboretum on Planting Fields Road.  

  

By Train: Oyster Bay is the last stop on the Oyster Bay line of the Long Island Railroad. Planting Fields is approximately 1 ½ miles west.  

  

Accessibility: 

The Visitor Parking Lot, Camellia House, and first floor of the Main House are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us in advance if you need may need assistance.
