What is the Noise Element?
The Noise Element is a chapter of the City of Long Beach General Plan that sets forth policies regarding noise and land use throughout Long Beach. It aims to create a better quality of life for residents with equitable distribution of noise and minimized exposures to excessive noise.

The Draft Noise Element will be available for public review through November 14, 2022. To learn more, visit the Development Services Department webpage.
