STEM SPROUTS KICKED OFF THIS WEEK

ACE's Stem Sprouts kicked off the first letter of the alphabet this week. This pre-school enrichment program emphasizes literacy and early reading for ages 3-5 years old. We had 22 littles in attendance that were eager to learn about airplanes!

The STEM Sprouts calendar runs from September through May. Each week will highlight a letter of the alphabet, an aviation word, and a STEM concept of the day.

ACE MIDDLE SCHOOL CURRICULUM

Six schools in four different states are now beta testing our middle school aerospace curriculum designed to ignite students’ passions for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through the wonders of aerospace. Our curriculum aims to captivate students with hands-on experiences, real-world applications, and opportunities to explore cutting-edge technologies.

Feedback from the educators involved in the beta test has been overwhelmingly positive. Students are showing increased enthusiasm for STEM subjects and a stronger grasp of complex concepts through engaging, practical applications. It is our hope that by the end of the year educators will see improvements in student collaboration and problem-solving skills, as well as a greater interest in pursuing STEM-related careers.

The beta testing phase will continue through the academic year, with ongoing evaluations and refinements based on feedback from teachers. The goal is to make this curriculum widely available, transforming middle school STEM education and preparing students for a future where aerospace plays an increasingly significant role.

We’re excited to see where this innovative curriculum will take us and how it will shape the future of STEM education. Stay tuned for more updates and success stories from the schools participating in this groundbreaking initiative.
