Please join the Ocean County Board of  Chosen Freeholders in marking the  Armistice Day Centenary.  At 11:00 AM  bells will toll to mark the end of the  First World War. The program will include  bagpipers and historical recollections.  This day will also mark the dedication  of the County's new monument to the Great War.  Free and open to the public.

Salute the Troops Weekend

Help salute veterans and active military  for their service to our country. With  country music for two straight days  along the Lakefront presented by  JerseyShoreCountry.com , specialty food  items, craft beer and more it's the perfect  way to honor our active and retired military.  All active military and veterans receive free  theme park admission. Friends and family e ntering with active and retired military  can purchase tickets for $20.18 + tax each  at the gate. Each day the festivities will kick  off with the national anthem at 2pm followed  by a fly over of the American flag. Wind down  each night with Fireworks along the Lakefront at 7pm.
