Cradles to Crayons is in great need of volunteers. Their demand for necessities is through the roof.
Cradles to Crayons needs volunteers! Volunteers help sort and inspect the donated items we receive and get them ready for delivery to the children who need them throughout Massachusetts. With updated safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for our volunteers and staff, shifts are available Monday-Saturday in the morning and afternoon. There are ways you can safely volunteer both in-person and from your home. Please reach out to Alex Adler with any questions at
“Our family had a fun and impactful morning volunteering at Cradles to Crayons. We arrived at The Giving Factory with our masks on and we were happily escorted to our stations to help sort, size, and package items for local vulnerable children. The staff were mindful of the number of volunteers during our shift to ensure social distancing as well as providing hand sanitizer, hand washing stations, and gloves. We felt comfortable and safe! Our family was so happy to be able to volunteer—especially now during this challenging time.” ~The Glass Family
