Embolden Jewish Youth With Us

Antisemitism and Teen Wellbeing

Antisemitism – its prevalence and heightened anxiety around how it impacts the Jewish community – is keeping many of us up at night. When it comes to how it affects our teens, we may not know what to do or say, or even how to start the conversation.

Join Moving Traditions for an opportunity to look at antisemitism through the lens of supporting teens in the ways they need it most: personal wellbeing (shleimut), caring relationships (hesed), and a Jewish and feminist vision of equity and justice (tzedek).

Resources for Repro Shabbat

Reproductive freedom is a Jewish value, which is why Moving Traditions is partnering with the National Council of Jewish Women this #ReproShabbat on February 17-18 to celebrate reproductive rights, health, and access.

To help guide your conversations with teens on this complicated topic, check out and share our new curriculum for educators on Jewish reproductive justice.

2022-23 Kol Koleinu Mentors Selected

As part of the Meyer-Gottesman Kol Koleinu Teen Feminist Fellowship, teen activists work to create tangible social change projects in their communities. To make this possible, they are matched with passionate and talented mentors. We are proud to introduce the 2022-23 mentors representing a variety of backgrounds. We appreciate the time and energy they are putting in each month to guide our fellows.

B-Mitzvah Resources for Grandparents

Moving Traditions is thrilled to partner with the Jewish Grandparents Network (JGN) to offer new B-Mitzvah Family Program sessions for preteens and their grandparents.

Together, JGN and Moving Traditions created two 1½-hour fully scripted B-Mitzvah sessions specifically for synagogues and other institutions to engage grandparents and teen grandchildren— whether they are in person or online.
