Asana 101: Perfect Your Yoga Posture Workshop,

Friday, February 22, 6-8 pm - Art of Piedmont, silent auction and reception, features nearly 30 selected local fine artists at the Middleburg Community Center, with hors d'oeuvres from Field & Main in Marshall and bar sponsored by Piedmont Fox Hounds to benefit Middleburg Montessori School. Saturday, March 30, 8 am - 1 pm   - 2019 Middleburg HEALth Fair & 5K.  The HEALth Fair celebrates Middleburg's adoption of the National Healthy Eating and Active Living (HEAL) resolution (www.healcitiescampaign.org), and will be held in the Ballroom and Terrace Room of the Middleburg Community Center.

CLASSES ONGOING:

Fitness Classes at Salamander Resort & Spa
All fitness classes at Salamander Resort & Spa are now open to the public! Classes are $20 for single class purchase or enjoy 10 classes at $180. Classes include the use of the resort's Fitness Center, indoor pool and sauna for one-hour prior or one-hour after their scheduled fitness class. For the month of February, any new guests can enjoy two classes for $22. Offer must be used by February 28. Reservations can be made by calling 540.326.4060.
