What’s a Farm Raising?

It’s akin to a traditional barn raising where the community rallies to support a local farm. Drop in anytime to help out and/or register here to let us know how many will be in your party.

Bring your abundance of plants, extra hand tools, extra boots, extra sunhats. Leave with a treasure - Maybe even make a friend!  

This is a free event, you don't have to bring anything to participate.

With our community partners, we currently serve over a million and a half people across the state of Washington. For GiveBIG this year we continue to ask for funds to support Building BearGrass Farm to further our mission of Sprouting Simple Change. Early giving has started.

Mark your calendars for May 29, the 2nd Annual Universal Foodcare Conference. Hosted by the Fresh Food Coalition, featuring keynote speaker Angel Swanson, we will delve into strategies for achieving food sovereignty in Washington state and beyond.
