Third Thursdays for Therapists is Tonight!



As a graduate student, there can be a lot of hoops to jump through so it can be helpful to hear from early-career psychologists who have recently walked in your shoes. You will have the opportunity to ask questions about the challenges you've possibly encountered and to hear the challenges of being a psychologist during this time.

Reimagine Mental Health Care Conference

Hume's Meji Singh, Natasha Molony, and Chris Celio will be participating in Putnam Clubhouse's free virtual conference called Reimagine Mental Health Care on August 27, 2020. Clinicians who have Worked with Clients Diagnosed with Eating Disorders

Hume Alumni Jennifer Casper is conducting a study concerning the potential efficacy and utility of a manual for incorporating feminist and psychodynamic perspectives into mirror exposure therapy for women in remission from anorexia nervosa who still struggle with body image disturbance. She is looking for input from clinicians who have worked with clients with eating disorders. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of treatment options available to women who are in recovery from anorexia nervosa! Young Adults who Sought Asylum as Unaccompanied Central-American Minors and Providers who have Worked with this Population

Eneida Sosa, MA is seeking mental health care providers who have experience in working with Unaccompanied Central-American Minors (UCAM) seeking asylum AND young Central-American adults who entered the country as unaccompanied minors seeking asylum and who have received mental health services.
