Cloud of Unknowing at 12:00 p.m.

Join The Rev. Karla Woggon for a reading and discussion on a select title.

Cursillo Reunion at 5:30 p.m.

During this two-hour meeting we share our personal spiritual growth experiences, deepen friendships, and help each other learn to live according to the Gospel.

TUESDAY - THURSDAY

Compline at 8:00 p.m.

Join us online for a reading of Psalms and prayers to closeout the day.

WEDNESDAY

Healing & Holy Eucharist at 5:30 p.m.

This half-hour service is held in our beautiful courtyard garden. Registration is required. Please wear a mask and bring a chair.

THURSDAY

Study Group at 10:00 a.m.

During this in-person class we will study Rowan Williams' Being Disciples: Essentials of the Christian Life.

A Conversation with The Most Rev. Michael Curry at 5:00 p.m. 

Please join Presiding Bishop Michael B. Curry and Dr. Catherine Meeks in a conversation regarding the work of the Absalom Jones Episcopal Church for Racial Healing. The conversation will explore the challenges facing us as we navigate the two pandemics, Covid-19 and racial unrest. Pre-registration is required.

SUNDAY

Join us at Ascension for a half hour of Scripture, a short sermon, hymns, and Holy Communion. Registration is required. The 10:30 a.m. service is held in the Sanctuary; all others are in the courtyard garden. Please wear a mask and bring a chair (to outdoor services).

Topic: Faith and Race. Join us online to view and discuss a series of short films to understand how and why racism and oppression was promoted and is still alive and acting out in the construct of our beliefs and systems.

Youth Group at 6:00 p.m.

Our youth (grades 6-12) gather at Ascension to discuss personal experiences, explore faith and life lessons, and have fun through play.
