Huron County Museum Reopened!

The Huron County Museum is excited to announce that it will re-open its doors this Saturday and staff can't wait to welcome you back! To help with physical distancing, all visits are now by appointment.

Unfortunately, the Historic Gaol will remain closed, but we look forward to re-opening this National Historic Site in 2021.

Curbside Library Service is Expanding!

Curbside service continues to expand across Huron County Libraries and we are thrilled to announce service will be coming to Seaforth starting August 6, and Blyth and Howick starting August 8!

Deep Roots: The Music of Huron County

Shot over the summer of 2015, Deep Roots: The Music of Huron County showcases the musical traditions of this rural community, and through interviews with master musicians and performance footage from Blyth Steam Threshers Show, Goderich Celtic Roots Festival, Tuesday Tunes, The Barn Dance Live and Brussels Fiddle Jamboree, captures the spirit of the community.

This documentary will be streamed in three parts throughout the month of August on the Blyth Festival's Facebook page!
