$50 Early Bird — through September 5

$60 Regular Admission — beginning September 6

$75 Last-Chance Admission — final ticket window, if space remains

Tickets will be sold through Zeffy. Joyful Light uses Zeffy because it allows our nonprofit to avoid ticketing and credit-card processing fees.

➡ Please take special note: During checkout, Zeffy may ask if you would like to make an additional contribution to support their platform. This contribution is completely optional and can be adjusted to $0 during checkout.

Formal Attire & Dress Code

This is a formal event, and students are asked to dress in suits, dress attire, and formal or semi-formal dresses. Since Joyful Light is a Christ-centered community, we also have a modest dress code for the evening. Please take a few minutes to review the full dress code before choosing your outfit.

Bringing A Guest?

Each currently enrolled Joyful Light high school cast member may bring one high school guest.

Guests must:

• Be currently enrolled in high school
• Be sponsored by a Joyful Light cast member
• Follow all Joyful Light event expectations and dress-code guidelines
• Complete the required Guest Registration and Agreement
• Be approved by Joyful Light before attending

Please note: Guest attendance is not complete until the required registration and agreement have been submitted and approved.

Request a Song

Have a song you would love to hear at the formal? You’ll have an opportunity during ticket registration to submit a song request. We’ll do our best to include student favorites throughout the evening.

All song requests will be reviewed for clean and appropriate content, and submitting a request does not guarantee that the song will be played.

Parent Volunteers Needed

We would love help from our Joyful Light parents!

We’ll need volunteers throughout the evening to help with areas such as setup, check-in, food, hospitality, supervision, and other event needs. If you’re willing to help make the evening special for our students, please sign up here.

Students

Help us finish the night well!

After the last song, we’ll need a team of students who are willing to stay and help clean up the Lighthouse. The Fall Formal is something our whole community gets to enjoy, and helping clean up afterward is a simple way to take responsibility, serve others, and care for the space we’ve been given.

Students may help with things like:

• Taking down decorations
• Clearing tables
• Moving chairs
• Gathering supplies
• Helping return the Lighthouse to its normal setup
