in an agreement announced today. HEPACO's acquisition of Evergreen AES brings together two exceptional teams to further expand environmental services across the Eastern United States, uniting unrivaled talent, capabilities, and coverage from 49 regional service centers.
Our commitment and dedication to our clients remains unchanged. We’ll continue to consistently deliver the Amazing Customer Experience you’ve come to know and expect, while doubling down on our efforts to recruit and retain the best personnel in the industry. Members of the Evergreen AES Team will continue in their current roles at the combined company, and the leadership of both companies will now work together to share best practices and drive excellence across all locations, all service lines, and all markets.
