Problems happen!
Motorcycle manufacturers do an incredible job of making and shipping motorcycles to us. We take great care in uncrating and prepping them for delivery to our customers. There are, occasionally, problems that arise from maybe a defective part or an incorrect adjustment that creates a situation that needs addressing. We, as well as the manufacturer, want you to get a bike with no issues and that you are very happy with.
With that said, we here at Southern California Motorcycles go the extra mile to ensure your happiness, especially if a problem occurs. The manufacturers give a warranty to help with this also. If you incur a situation with your motorcycle that you feel needs attention, contact us first! We will be able to determine the correct method to get your problem solved. Try not to get mad at us if something breaks or needs attention. While we don’t make the motorcycles, we can help you get things resolved.
We are motorcyclists too and understand what you are going through when something happens. Thankfully, these things are rare, but I want you to know we are here for you.
