"My husband first found Trusted Senior Placement/Teresa and he was so impressed and actually delighted at her experience; caring; helpful and diligent listening skills which allowed her a true understanding of who my Mother is and what her needs are. I knew my husband was convinced we had found "gold" in connecting with Teresa. After only a few minutes of talking with Teresa, did I realize too how blessed we were to find such excellence of service in residential care placement."

Happy Valentine's month! It is a wonderful time to celebrate love and honor those we have loved. For some, it is a challenging time to cope with loss or loneliness. Company is a good remedy for those feelings. Valentine's Day is a great opportunity to gather together with family and friends, to simply celebrate LOVE. Last Friday my daughter threw a "GAL-ENTINE" party for her friends. The girls were married, single, etc. They watched a romantic comedy, drank champagne and everyone brought something to contribute to a delicious feast! It was a celebration of love - no matter their personal situations. Take a look at the article about "surviving" Valentine's for seniors. Be aware, be sensitive, and lets spin it for fun where we can. There are also a couple of good articles below on healthy heart habits and good food for brain health and performance. Have a great February, and enjoy the rain. Even rain is romantic!
Warm Regards,
Everyone's Valentine
