While here, you'll be transported back to the grandeur and opulence of Old Regency Florida. Every seat, every angle, every moment, will be draped in luxury. It will feel like sitting inside a painting as the lush pink, striking colors, high-end finishes, marble, and delicate drapery surrounds you. This one-of-a-kind dining concept, which brings the sophistication of champagne, elevated small plates, caviar, artisan desserts, and finely cultivated cocktails together, in a magnificent plush setting. It will wow you from the moment you step inside.
Due to the recent hurricanes in our region, we have had to move our targeted opening date to early 2025. Once we have an official opening date, you will be the first to know.

Originally from the Pennsylvania, Jacob was inspired by the dynamic cocktail scenes in Philadelphia, New York, and Los Angeles, bringing a fresh perspective to Sarasota’s bar culture. He thrives in cocktail competitions, always seeking new ways to innovate and elevate the guest experience. His expertise, creativity, and commitment to excellence make him a standout in the industry.
