Our Collision Program is launching on Monday, December 18th! If you have not received your materials by end of day today, please contact your Sales Manager for tracking.


Please read this email in its entirety and download all of the program resources available to help make you and your team successful!


Owner Checklist:

  • Read this email in its entirety and download all of the program resources
  • Unbox all of your marketing materials and set them aside for your FSRs
  • Download and print the marketing material hot sheet for your CSRs
  • Download the visit campaign to your FSR's iPads
  • Have a team meeting with your staff so they can hit the ground running!

Visit campaign will be available Monday morning under the following name:

Program Contest

For any warehouse or staff to be eligible for program contests, owners must have ordered the "basic" marketing materials package. Check with the owner of your warehouse or Sales Manager.

The top 3 FSRs will win tiered prizes:

  • 1st: $1000
  • 2nd: $500
  • 3rd: $250
  • Must be 70% on campaign during the program or complete 90% plus targeted collision visits
  • Must average 90 visits or more a week, excluding holiday week
  • Owner must have opted into the basic marketing package

The top 3 CSRs will win tiered prizes:

  • 1st: $1000
  • 2nd: $500
  • 3rd: $250
  • Must place at least 20 collision outbound calls weekly to qualify for contest (excluding holiday week)
  • Owner must have opted into the basic marketing package

Region Based Contest:

  • The top warehouse in each region will earn team lunch
  • 70% on campaign or 90% completion of all collision targets
  • Warehouse MUST hit minimum visit goal during program (excluding holiday week)
  • Customers must have a visit logged with a promo dropdown used
