It is almost here. Everything you need to know for Sunday's event
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Attendees can expect to arrive at 2:00pm to Almaden Hills to an incredible scene, wonderfully decorated indoor and outdoors.

You'll be greeted by students to check in and get your name tag, auction bidder number, food booth tickets and free raffle ticket.

Outdoors we'll have food booths in the courtyard with hot dogs, veggie kabobs, pretzels, nachos, cookie fries, chocolate dipped bananas, cotton candy, popcorn and corn on the cob. In the breezeway we will have carnival games and square dance lessons mid afternoon.

Bring a little extra cash if you want to purchase delcious bake sale items, more raffle tickets and "pie in the face" one of our volunteers/Pastors/leaders!

When you head inside you'll be able to sit down for a homemade slice of pie, ice cream and a drink served by our wonderful student waiters. You'll be able to wander through our massive silent auction filled with sports tickets, gift cards, baskets and vacation homes.

If you've got kids under 10, they can head to the babysitting area to watch movies, eat snacks, play games and bounce in the bounce house.

At 4:15pm the outdoor/indoor fun will end and we will head to the talent show while the auction team furiously works to finalize the bids and tally up the totals. You'll hear the JYM Worship band play and see a variety of talents from our students on stage.

After the event, check out at the auction area to pay for your items. We'll have leftover food to take home, bake sale items still up for grabs and a way to sponsor a student for a trip if you didn't get to donate in the way you'd hoped through the auction.

We truly believe this will be a fun and joy filled afternoon and we are hopeful about the weather!

We still have tickets available online. They will be available at the door if we don't sell out. Here is the link to purchase in advance. TICKETS
Students working the event also need a ticket since you will be eating food.
