• 3:00 PM - For those of you who wish to decorate your tables earlier in the day, security will be on-site beginning at 3:00. A table layout will be secured to the first table near the stage, and each table will be clearly labeled.
• 5:30-6:30 PM - There will be an unloading zone located at the front of the parking lot and volunteers on hand to assist with locating your table.
• 6:30 PM - Centre Court will be closed to vehicles, and food vendors will be open for business.
• 7:30 PM - The performance begins!

Tables will be located in the rear parking lot of Red River Bank (away from Jackson Street Ext.) and facing the stage. You may park in any of the adjacent parking lots. Each table has room for 10, and because Pops is free and open to the public, your guests will not need tickets to attend. If you have a request for your table's location, please let us know by replying to this email at your earliest convenience.

Many of our patrons like to cater for their guests or bring homemade delights, and you are always welcome to do so! But if you'd prefer, we'll also have local food and drinks vendors on-site and ready to serve you from 6:30 onward.
