About the Program

Join Judge Jackson Lucky to learn about his mnemonic approaches (CORPSE, COW, and COD) to the admissibility of character evidence under California Evidence Code sections 1100 et seq, forms of proof under 780 et seq, and the risks and benefits of presenting character evidence.

BHBA's programs also meet the CLE eligibility criteria in Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii and New Hampshire. Attorneys must individually apply for credit and, if mandated by the state, submit accreditation fees directly.
