Obtain Vast Exposure for Your Business at Celebrations and Wedding Show
If you are looking for some great community exposure, consider being a vendor at the City’s Celebrations and Wedding Show.
 
This dynamic event is from 6 to 9 pm on March 30 at the Crown Valley Community Center.
 
The Celebrations and Wedding Show will offer your business exposure within the community and face-to-face time with Laguna Niguel and area residents. The event will inspire special celebration planning all in one location. The show will include informational resources for folks planning any type of fun celebration and feature vendor booths, music, raffles, giveaways, and much more.

Participate in High School Job Fair
The City of Laguna Niguel’s Youth Committee is inviting businesses to take part in the 9th Annual High School Job Fair from noon to 2 pm on Saturday, March 19 at the Crown Valley Community Center.
 
The event is designed to connect employers with high school students from South Orange County. The Youth Committee is actively promoting this event with guidance counselors and students from local public and private high schools. 
 
By taking part, your business will receive a six-foot table, white tablecloth, and two chairs. The beautiful Crown Valley Community Center boasts a comfortable environment for face-to-face interaction with high school students to discuss job opportunities, internships, and career pathways for positions within your organization.

Grow Your Small Business
SCORE is hosting a free webinar designed to help small businesses grow.

The webinar is from 12:30 to 1:30 pm on Wednesday, February 9.

Renzo Del Castillo of Bank of America leads the discussion that will help you understand the main elements of business-related finances such as budgeting, saving, borrowing money and managing debt. He will also talk about common reasons why small businesses fail and how to set yourself up for success.

Product-Based Businesses Should Consider Joining MADE
If you have a product-based business and want to make your dreams a reality, consider joining MADE, a Small Business Development Center program in partnership with the Original OC Swap Meet. This program was designed to assist start-up product-based businesses in entering the marketplace to validate their concepts.
 
In this hybrid program, participants will learn core concepts to create a successful business. Over five weeks, you will learn about planning, marketing, financing, and how to make your business dreams a reality. This quick-paced program will accelerate your concept in just a few short weeks and give you the ability to operate an Original OC Swap Meet vendor booth.
