The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued an Excessive Heat Warning to remain in effect until 8 PM Friday 6/20 for a portion of South Central Arizona. 


3 additional Excessive Heat Warnings have also been issued listed below:


Excessive Heat Warning in effect from 10 AM Thursday 6/19 until 9 PM Friday 6/20 for Eastern Cochise County below 5000 feet, South Central Pinal County, Southeast Pinal County, Tohono O`odham Nation, Tucson Metro Area, Upper Gila River Valley, Upper San Pedro River Valley, Upper Santa Cruz River Valley/Altar Valley, and Western Pima County.


Excessive Heat Warning to remain in effect until 7 PM Friday 6/20 for Lower elevations of the Grand Canyon.


Excessive Heat Warning in effect from 10 AM Wednesday 6/18 until 10 PM Thursday 6/19 for Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Lake Havasu and Fort Mohave, Northwest Deserts, Death Valley National Park, Western Mojave Desert, Eastern Mojave Desert, San Bernardino County-Upper Colorado River Valley, Western Clark and Southern Nye County, and Las Vegas Valley.
