Please look for an email with a subject line containing "Exchange University". It may go directly to your spam/junk folder.

Exchange University is a valuable online training resource available to all Exchange Club members. Not only is this educational opportunity an important training tool designed to assist officers and directors in their leadership roles, it is also a requirement for many national awards, including:
  • Distinguished Club President Award
  • Distinguished Club Secretary Award
  • Distinguished Club Treasurer Award
  • Distinguished District Director Award
The submission of officer election reports each year (due by April 30) to National Headquarters, initiates the automatic enrollment of a club's president, secretary, treasurer, and district directors.

Although these courses may be taken anytime throughout the year, completion of a course is required by August 1 if an officer desires to achieve any of the above awards. Courses are conducted online and certificates are received upon completion.

Congratulations to the 2019 Court of Honor Inductees, announced at the National Convention in Norfolk, VA.

Exchange Club members are invited to join us for this special ceremony of permanent recognition Saturday, September 28, 2019, at National Headquarters in Toledo, OH.
New opportunities for Exchange Clubs, Collegiate Clubs, Excel Clubs, and members to better their communities are always upon us.

Here are a few suggestions to help generate project ideas:

August:
Think September - National Baby Safety Month!
  • Plan a car seat inspection by working with your local law enforcement agency or welfare office.
  • Hold a community wide baby shower and donate all items to a local women's shelter, CAP Center, daycare, etc.
  • Donate Learn the Crying Code and Fetal Alcohol Syndrome brochures to local hospitals, day cares, and physician offices.

September :
It's National Baby Safety Month - a great month to share childproofing and home-safety tips! Start planning for October!
  • October is Crime and Fire Prevention Month.
  • Participate by honoring local law enforcement or firefighters.
  • Partner with a law enforcement agency to sponsor an identity theft or anti-bullying seminar.

October:
Start planning now for November - One Nation Under God Month. Get involved by sponsoring a One Nation Under God breakfast in the community!

Share pictures of your club at work with National Headquarters:  [email protected]  and
share on social media with #ExchangeStrong and #ExchangeFit!
