Excitement for the Year Ahead
The California Housing Partnership team enjoyed our first in-person retreat in three years
in San Diego in January.
The Partnership started 2023 off with a bang by having our first in-person retreat in three years. It was inspiring to be together again in San Diego and to have the opportunity to appreciate the growth and challenges we and our partners experienced these past three years.

We left San Diego with renewed energy and excitement for the coming year to continue helping our partners create and preserve more affordable and sustainable homes throughout California.

Thank you for your support and cheers to 2023 being another great year!
From your friends at the California Housing Partnership
This year our President and CEO Matt Schwartz also celebrated 20 years with the Partnership. Former CHP Board Treasurer Simone Ruff (left) presented him with an award to recognize his contributions at the staff retreat dinner.
