As part of ACHI's continued commitment to enhancing the certification experience, we are excited to announce that our Certification Maintenance platform will transition from LearningBuilder to ROC-P in early 2027.


Many of you are already familiar with ROC-P as ACHI's examination application portal. By moving certification maintenance into the same system, ACHI will provide a single, streamlined platform that supports your entire certification lifecycle—from exam application and eligibility through certification maintenance, annual renewals, and Certified Education Credit (CEC) tracking.


How to Prepare

To help ensure a seamless transition, we encourage all certificants to:

• Maintain a personal record of all CECs earned during your current certification cycle, including certificates of completion and any supporting documentation.
• If your certification cycle is due for renewal on December 31, 2026, complete your renewal as soon as you are eligible. Renewing early will help ensure your records are current before the transition to ROC-P.

• Step-by-step user guides to help you navigate the new Certification Maintenance features in ROC-P.
• A live overview webinar showcasing the platform, highlighting new features, and offering an interactive Q&A session.
