We at Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) are excited to be embarking on a new project called the Family Partners Project. This project will focus on providing technical assistance to selected residential programs that have hired or are committed to the hiring of at least one family partner within the next year.  We are reaching out to licensed residential programs in the United States with the opportunity to participate in this FREE BBI technical assistance (TA) project.

If this project sounds like something your program would be interested in participating in, we encourage you to read through the overview of this project and then fill out the online Request for Application (RFA) HERE

Family Partner Project Timeline:

  • RFA responses are due on or before May 31, 2022
  • Programs will be notified within 20 days of receipt of the RFA
  • Technical Assistance (TA) Activities will begin during July 2022
  • TA Activities will end by or before February 28, 2023 (depending on specific program needs).

It is BBI's intention to assist the residential providers that are selected for this project with preparing their organizations for hiring, supporting, and integrating family partner(s) fully into their programs. Our BBI expert coaches are already busy preparing to provide technical assistance and are excited for the opportunity to partner with you!

If you have any questions, please contact Sarah Edwards, Project Support Lead, BBI at [email protected] or respond to this email.

We look forward to hearing from you,

Best,

Mark Nickell, Executive Director
